coaching

“If you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there”

Professional coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organisations. Through the process of coaching, you deepen your learning, improve your performance and enhance your quality of life.

Gill loves to see clients become happier and more successful as the coaching programme progresses. Using a combination of positive psychology, cognitive behavioural coaching and NLP she helps individual clients deal with these sorts of situations:

  • Making the transition to being a Board Director

  • Deciding “what next” at a time of life, or stage of career

  • CEOs or division heads who need someone to help them explore and develop their ideas before they are ready to introduce them to the organisation

  • Improving work/life balance

  • Dealing with difficult people

  • Overcoming limiting beliefs and feeling more aligned with themselves

  • Seeing the way forward as a small business owner

“As a direct result of my coaching sessions I was promoted from manager to director and although my workload has increased, I now have the skills to manage this in a positive way.”
Mairead Mooney, Director Innisfree HA

“My focus was to improve my professional performance in the workplace. Gill facilitated a remarkable process that unraveled a wide range of behavioural patterns, emotional blocks and ‘unfinished business.”
Claudine, Manager in major national charity

“Your calming and reflective presence has really helped me to slow down, take a step back and clear away the haze that seems to crowd my mind when one is too close to the problem.”
Tien Kuei, Psychologist

Gill can help your team/organisation answer the following questions:

  • How can we improve our workplace spirit, so that our people feel really engaged and we can attract and retain the best talent?

  • How can our senior management team improve their performance – individually and as a group?

  • How can we increase trust and improve communication to air disagreements constructively?

  • Do we understand our leadership style, and is it how we want it to be?

“Gill’s penetrating insights into what motivates, and what holds back, have been enormously helpful.”
