Gill is an Association for Coaching Accredited Coach and has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. Additionally, she is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a trained facilitator of Action Learning Sets and holds further qualifications in Performance Coaching, Confidence Coaching and Life Coaching. She has regular supervision sessions, in line with best practice, and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

As an Executive Coach, Gill can be contracted by organisations. She also works directly with clients as a Personal Coach, and offers lower rates to clients paying for their own coaching.
